On September 22, Yu Xubo, Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and Chairman, and Ma Kehui, Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and Board Director of Genertec Group, led a team to conduct research on Genertec Meheco's paired assistance work in Wuchuan County, Inner Mongolia. The research team conducted an on-site inspection of Inner Mongolia General Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd., an industrial assistance platform of the Company. They visited workshops, warehouses, and laboratories to gain a comprehensive understanding of the situation, inquired in detail about the operation of the good agricultural practice (GAP) management system for Chinese medicinal materials, and expressed their regards to frontline staff on temporary assignments. At the experimental field of the Chinese and Mongolian Medicinal Materials Science and Technology Backyard, which was built with support from the Group, they listened to reports on the progress of high-standard cultivation of astragalus and research on pest and disease prevention and control, and learned about the latest developments in comprehensive health products made from traditional Chinese medicinal materials. During this visit, the research team held a symposium with the CPC Wuchuan County Committee and Wuchuan County People's Government to hear about the progress and achievements of the Group's paired assistance during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and to discuss and explore the key tasks of future work. Yu stated that the Group will further leverage its main business advantages and strengthen the alignment with Wuchuan County's 15th Five-Year Plan, increase efforts and innovate models in areas such as revitalizing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials industry, ensuring people's medical security and well-being, and training skilled talent, in order to make new and greater contributions to promoting comprehensive rural revitalization in Wuchuan County and to the high-quality development of the local economy and society. Relevant officials from the CPC Wuchuan County Committee and Wuchuan County People's Government participated. Responsible comrades from Meheco, the Group's Office, Human Resources Department, and Party-Masses Relationship Department, as well as the Group's seconded cadres, accompanied leaders in the investigation.
